Dr. Bill & Elaine Tabor have been missionaries to the country of Costa Rica for 41 years. After graduating from Midwestern Baptist Bible College in 1964, Bill spent several years as the associate pastor and youth director at Parker memorial Baptist Church were he met his wife, Elaine. A month after they were married, in August of 1967, they left for Costa Rica.

Along with the Christian School, Dr. Bill Tabor has been involved in the building 25 churches throughout the country. He is also the pastor of Baptist Temple of Tibas, which averages between 800 to 1000 attendees per week.
